Pol Martin Recipe Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon basil |
6 -8 asorrted bell and hot peppers |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. mix all marinate ingrediets together and set aside. 2. wash peppers, cut in two and remove seeds. 3. place peppers on a plate and season with salt and black pepper. pour marinade over peppers and marinate for 15 minutes. 4. preheat BBQ to medium heat. 5. oil grill, place peppers on grill and cover and cook for 12 minutes turning peppers over and basting occasionally with marinate. 6. Enjoy. |
