mixed salad greens |
thinly sliced cucumber |
roasted pecans |
1/2 pear per person cut in half, peeled, sliced and fanned and painted with butter. grilled till golden. |

vinagrette dressing: oil,wine vinegar, mustard powder, sugar, salt & pepper. |
Directions:
1. PLACE LETTUCE LEAVES ON EACH PLATE. SPREAD WITH CUCUMBERS. ONCE PEARS ARE GRILLED PLACE A CUBE OF BLUE CHEESE ONTOP AND GRILL TILL MELTED. PLACE ONTOP OF SALAD WHILE STILL WARM. DRESS AND SPRINKLE ROASTED PEACANS AND SERVE WARM. |
