Grilled Peaches With Prosciutto |

It makes a simple first course. Ingredients:
4 ripe peaches, cut in half skin on |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/3 lb sliced prosciutto |
Directions:
1. Brush the cut side of the peach with oil and grill over medium coals, cut side down until grill marks develop, about 3 to 5 minutes. 2. Remove from grill. 3. Place on a plate with slices of prosciutto and grilled bread. |
