Grilled Peaches with Chilli |

A simple dessert with a little bite... Ingredients:
4 red chilies, extremely finely chopped |
4 peaches, firm |
4 teaspoons brown sugar, packed |
Directions:
1. Cut peaches into halves, place under broiler and sprinkle a little chilli and sugar over each. 2. Cook until the sugar dissolves and bubbles. 3. Serve very hot. |
