4 pork boneless |
4 peaches halved |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
2t. lime juice |
1 bunch thyme |
Directions:
1. Pound prk. Mix vinegar, liime juice & thyme. Place with pork in plastic bag & refrigerate for an hour. Grill halved peaches, 3min. On a side. Grill poll. 2. Serve with arugula salad |
