Grilled Orange Chicken on the George Foreman Grill |

I just got a George Foreman Grill, so I am searching the internet for some recipes. I haven't tried this yet, but when I do I will post a review. Ingredients:
1/2 orange |
1/4 cup orange juice, no pulp |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 teaspoons lime juice |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast |
Directions:
1. Chop the orange into pieces. 2. Combine all ingredients in a Zip-Loc bag. 3. Massage the bag for a few minutes. 4. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. 5. Grill breasts for 4-8 minutes, or until juices run clear. |
