I had copied this from somewhere and didn't note where since it was prior to my discovering this site. Sounds interesting but I haven't tried it yet. Ingredients:
6 ears fresh corn, husks discarded, silks removed |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and peanut butter in a saucepan and cook over low heat stirring constantly until peanut butter melts. 2. Add salt and Tabasco, stirring well. 3. Brush the peanut mixture evenly over the corn. 4. Wrap each ear in heavy-duty foil. 5. Grill 40 minutes, turning frequently or until corn is tender. |
