Salmon with Miso sauce (perricone diet friendly)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup yellow miso
2 tablespoons mirin (or rice wine vinegar)
2 teaspoons tamari (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
4 (6 ounce) boneless salmon fillets (or chicken or tofu)
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, lightly-toasted
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl.
2. Pour over fish in shallow dish.
3. Cover, regrigerate, and marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
4. Grill, Bake or broil.
5. Garnish with cilantro and sesame.
