Grilled Mango With Jalapeno |

Great balance of heat and sweet. A refreshing dish that is good before the meal or as a light dessert. Ingredients:
3 mangos |
kosher salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
extra virgin olive oil,for drizzling |
1lime,halved |
1/2 c mexican crema (or 1/3 c sour cream mixed with 2 tb milk) |
thinly sliced jalapeno peppers and cilantro,o for topping |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to med. Peel mangos and cut flesh from pit in large flat slices;lay on baking sheet. Season slices with salt,black pepper and cayenne and drizzle with olive oil. 2. Grill mango slices,turning once,until well marked,2 to 3 mins total. Transfer to platter and squeeze lime juice on top. Drizzle with crema and top with jalapenos and cilantro |
