Have yet to try this new recipe but how can the garlic and chilli combo fail anyone? Ingredients:
500 g tiger shrimp |
25 g chilies |
20 g spring onions |
10 g garlic |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Clean and devein prawns. 2. Chop garlic, chillies and spring onions. Mix well. 3. Marinade prawns with this mixture. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Grill prawns until cooked. |
