Ingredients:
2-4 pound(s) london broil, trimmed |
dash(es) meat tenderizer |
dash(es) pepper |
1 bottle(s) red wine |
Directions:
1. Place meat in glass cooking dish, poke with fork, pour wine over just to cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours. 2. Remove meat from Marinade and discard liquid. Season with pepper and tenderizer and grill or roast in 450 degree oven (wrapped in aluminum foil.) |
