This recipe goes with Grilled Sardines with Mesclun and Grilled Lime Vinaigrette Ingredients:
2 large limes, halved |
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Grill lime halves, cut side down, without grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 5 to 6 minutes. 2. Juice lime halves; reserve rind for garnish, if desired. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Chill thoroughly. |
