Grilled Lime Chicken With Pineapple Salsa |

Your family will love this delicious recipe made fresh on the BBQ!! Ingredients:
5 tablespoons honey mustard or 5 tablespoons yellow mustard or 5 tablespoons honey dijon mustard |
4 tablespoons thawed frozen limeade concentrate or 4 tablespoons lemonade concentrate |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple |
1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped |
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix 3 tablespoons mustard, 3 tablespoons limeade concentrate and cumin in plastic food storage bag. Add chicken, seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours. 2. Stir together pineapple, bell pepper, cilantro and remaining mustard and limeade concentreate in medium bowl. 3. Grill chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with salsa. |
