This is a recipe from Bobby Flay. I was so intrigued-thought I would give it a try! I love the flavor it adds to grilled souvlaki and flatbread, especially; but use it wherever your recipe calls for lemon juice-you'll be amazed the flavors it imparts!!! Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 lemons, halved |
1/4 cup olive oil |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Halve lemons through middle (not lengthwise) and brush with olive oil. 2. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Grill, cut-side down, for 3-4 minutes until golden; turn over and continue to grill for additional 2-3 minutes. |
