Grilled Lamb Chops (Emeril Lagasse) |

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil |
3 tablespoons essence |
2 pounds lamb chops |
fresh rosemary branches |
aged balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat a grill to medium. In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Essence over the lamb chops. Place on the grill, 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Turn chops over and lay 1 rosemary branch on top of each chop. When at desired temperature, remove from grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. |
