Grilled, cheese filled Jalapeno peppers. They go wonderfully with a steak! Ingredients:
1/2 pgk cream cheese |
about 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
2 tbs fresh shredded parm |
1 tbs blue cheese dressing |
9-10 jalepenos |
*creole seasoning |
*cayenne |
*paul preudome's magic seasoning |
*garlic/herb mix seasoning |
Directions:
1. Slice down the length of one side of the pepper, and cut off the top **WEAR RUBBER GLOVES!!**. Take out the seeds. Repeat for all of them. 2. Next, take all of the other ingredients and mix them all together until nice and creamy. Add the seasonings to your liking. 3. Stuff the seeded jalapenos with the cheese mixture. 4. Put tinfoil down on a gas grill between medium & low, and spray with vegetable spray. Lay the peppers down and let cook for about 8-10 mintues, kind of rolling after about 4 minutes just to one side or the other. Great flavor! |
