These crowd pleasing stuffed peppers have a bit of a bite. Ingredients:
24 fresh jalapeno peppers |
3/4lb bulkpork sausage |
12 bacon strips,halved |
Directions:
1. Wash peppers,remove seeds 2. In skillet,cook sausage over med. heat until no longer pink;drain. Stuff peppers with sausage and wrap with bacon;secure with toothpick 3. Grill peppers,uncovered,over med. heat for about 15 mins or till tender and baconcrisp,turning frequently. |
