From the issue of February 2007, Coup de Pouce. This is healthy. Ingredients:
4 italian tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper |
Directions:
1. Put tomatoes side by side in a baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil and with salt and pepper. 2. Cook in a preheated oven of 450 F for about 50 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and skin is lightly folded. |
