Grilled Honey-Orange Pork Tenderloin |

Make sure to marinate the pork for at least 2 hours. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin |
2 cups honey |
1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped |
1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
2 tablespoons light brown sugar |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 cup fresh orange juice |
1 cup apple juice |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Trim any excess fat from the pork loins. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. PLace pork in a resealable bag and pour marinade over pork. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally. 2. Drain pork and discard marinade. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place pork on rack and cover and grill until done to preference. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. |
