Ingredients:
4 (4 to 6 ounces each) halibut steaks |
1/4 cup(s) dijon-style mustard |
1/4 cup(s) butter, melted |
2 tablespoon(s) honey |
2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
salt and black pepper |
vegetables for skewering |
Directions:
1. Whisk together mustard, butter, honey and lemon juice. 2. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then brush both sides with honey-mustard. 3. Cut halibut into 1 chunks and place on skewers with an assortment of vegetables and grill. |
