Grilled Honey Mint Cantaloupe |

This is so good! Ingredients:
1 cantaloupe, peeled seeded, and cubed |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup honey |
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to about med-low. 2. Heat butter and honey together in a saucepan. 3. Stir in the mint. 4. Thread melon on skewers. 5. Baste with sauce. 6. Grill on lightly oiled grill 5-7 minutes, turning often. 7. Can be served warm or room temperature. |
