Transform simple grilled salmon into a flavorful main dish with a few simple pantry ingredients. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
2 (6-ounce) salmon steaks (1/2 inch thick) |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; brush mixture over fish. 2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°). Place fish on rack; grill, covered, 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately. |
