Grilled Herbed Corn on the Cob |

Ingredients:
6 ears fresh corn in husks |
3 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted |
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh oregano or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano or thyme |
3/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Carefully peel back husks, exposing corn and leaving husks attached. Remove and discard silks. Soak corn and husks in cold water 5 minutes to prevent husks from burning. Remove corn from water; drain and pat excess water from corn and husks with paper towels. 2. Combine margarine and remaining 3 ingredients; stir well. Brush evenly over corn, using all of margarine mixture. Return husks to original position, and tie tips with heavy string. 3. Grill corn, covered, over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°) 15 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. |
