If you use the low fat mayo and cheese, this recipe would be good for those watching their weight. Ingredients:
2 slices sourdough bread, sliced 1/2 inch thick |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
4 slices shaved smoked ham or 4 slices brown sugar ham |
2 slices tomatoes |
1 slice kraft singles cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread bread slices with mayo. 2. Top 1 of the bread slices with ham, tomatoes, cheese and remaining bread slice. 3. Cook, over med heat, in skillet or on griddle that has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray, for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. |
