Grilled Ginger Swordfish Steaks |

Does well on the grill or under the broiler. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon dry sherry |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 teaspoons minced ginger |
1 teaspoon grated lemon, zest of |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 lb swordfish steak |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together and pour over fish in a plastic ziplock bag or shallow dish. 2. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Remove fish from marinade. 4. Grill fish (or broil), 3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. |
