Grilled Ginger Garlic Chicken Breasts |

Quick, easy and very similar to other Lemon garlic recipes but the ginger gives it some zing. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced fine |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons lite olive oil |
1 teaspoon cumin |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Flatten the breasts to 1/2 thickness. 2. Combine lemon juice, ginger, garlic, oil and cumin. 3. Spread over the chicken. 4. Marinate for 10 minutes. 5. Grill or broil 2-3 minutes each side. 6. Season with salt & pepper. |
