Grilled Fresh Corn

Yum!! Amchoor is mango powder. You can get it at an Indian grocery. If you don't have that try with just the pepper and chili powder.
Ingredients:
4 ears corn, husked
2 limes, quartered
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon amchoor powder
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Roast corn over grill or open gas burner flame until kernels are lightly browned.
3. Dip lime into spice mixture.
4. Squeeze live juice onto corn and rub it on the the corn to carry the spices into the corn. Continue until the spices are used up.
