The grilled fish spree continues. Here is one we liked. The tuna turned out moist and very flavorful. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
2 cloves garlic, pressed |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
4 tuna steaks (1/2-inch thick) |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients. 2. Brush mixture onto the tuna steaks. 3. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. |
