Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds flank steak
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add steak. Cover or seal, and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally.
2. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
3. Grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°) about 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
