This is really just for the marinade. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix marinade ingredients and add flank steak, marinate 4-8 hours. Grill on high heat 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest 5 minutes and slice thin along the bias with a sharp knife. |
