This produces a very tender juicy steak. A baked potato is a nice side. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
3 teaspoons honey |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon ginger |
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (2 lb) flank steaks |
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients. 2. Pour over steak and let marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine). 3. Turn a few times. 4. Broil over hot charcoal for 5 minutes each side. 5. Slice steak in thin pieces. 6. Make sure you cut against the grain. |
