Ingredients:
1 pound fingerling potatoes |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
sea salt |
freshly ground black pepper |
2 green, yellow, or red bell peppers, quartered |
Directions:
1. Toss potatoes in olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill potatoes and peppers, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°), turning occasionally, 15 minutes or until tender. |
