These are delicious and go great with a grilled sandwich or summer sandwich. You can add whatever you like to top them, but this is my fiesta version.
Ingredients:
1 bag extra crispy crinkle-cut frozen fries (such as ore-ida)
1-1/2 ounces real bacon bits
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup guacamole (make your own favorite recipe)
2 tablespoons tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
taco seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat (450°-500°)
2. Line a foil pan with some aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Place frozen fries in a single layer.
4. Place the pan on the grill.
5. Cook for 10 minutes.
6. Turn fries, spray on a bit more cooking spray and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
7. Cook for 5-10 more minutes.
8. Remove pan from grill.
9. Top with bacon and cheese.
10. Return to grill and cook 2 minutes more or until cheese melts.
11. Remove from grill and top with sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes and black olives.
