Ingredients:
curry thyme rub |
4 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves |
vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Prepare Curry-Thyme Rub. 2. Rub 1 teaspoon rub evenly over both sides of each chicken breast half, reserving remaining rub for other uses. 3. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°). Place chicken on rack; grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. |
