Grilled Cowboy Biscuits

You can fry these biscuits over an open fire when you are out camping or on the grill at home..
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can biscuits
1/2 cup bacon fat or 1/2 cup oil
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked potato
1 cup scrambled egg
Directions:
1. You can use left over bacon fat and grease each biscuit on both sides in iron skillet, cover and cook until done on one side then turn over and cook other side until done.
2. Let cool slightly then fill each biscuit with the above ingredients or just with butter and jelly.
