Grilled Corn with Lime and Basil |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) fresh basil leaves finely chopped |
1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) finely grated lime zest |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/8 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper |
4 ear(s) corn husked, silks removed. |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the basil, oil, lime zest, lime juice, salt and pepper. 2. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Oil the grill's surface. Grill the corn until it is slightly softened and charred in spots, about 10 minutes, turning several times. 3. Put the corn on a plate, drizzle the basil lime mixture over the corn and roll the corn around in the mixture to coat evenly. |
