Ingredients:
6 ears fresh corn, husks removed |
Directions:
1. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 20 to 22 minutes, turning one quarter of a turn every 3 to 4 minutes. (Corn will brown in spots.) 2. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons Red Chile Paste evenly over each ear of cooked corn. Serve immediately. |
