In the summer I love foods grilled. This is a great way to make corn on the cob and not heat up the oven or the kitchen. It is easy and my husband used to do this when he went backpack camping. Ingredients:
5 ears of corn fresh |
salt & pepper |
butter (margarine) |
aluminum foil |
Directions:
1. Husk the fresh corn on the cob if necessary 2. Remove the corn silk as best you can. 3. Place one corn cob in a piece of foil 4. Rub softened butter, margarine or oil on the corn 5. Rub salt and pepper all over the corn 6. Wrap in foil 7. Throw on the grill for about 15 minutes. 8. The corn will have brown kernels and will have started caramelizing. 9. Take foil off corn and eat. |
