Grilled Corn For The Gridiron |

Fixed for a tailgate party one time. Ingredients:
8 ears of corn |
8 slices of bacon |
1/2 cup cashew nut spread |
Directions:
1. Turn back the husks on the corn,strip off the silk. 2. Spread each ear of corn with a tablespoon of nut spread. 3. Spiral a slice of bacon barberpole style,around each ear. 4. Lay husks back in position. 5. Place on grill over hot coals. 6. Turn frequently till done,about 20 minutes. |
