Ingredients:
4 ears corn, shucked |
1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Brush each ear of corn with a little oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium to high heat until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side for a total of 8 to 12 minutes. Serve. |
