Ingredients:
2/3 cup reduced sugar orange marmalade |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
2 lbs flank steaks |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine all wet ingredients. Pour 1 cup of the marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add steak and marinate 6-8 hours, turning bag occasoinally. 2. Grill steak to desired level of doneness, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade. |
