Grilled Cilantro Pork Tenderloin |

We love this and so has everyone I've ever made it for. I've also used this sauce on pork chops & chicken. Still yummy. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce |
3 -4 tablespoons honey |
6 -7 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
1 (1 -1 1/4 lb) pork tenderloin |
Directions:
1. In a large ziplock baggie, mix the first 7 ingredients. Add pork and coat well. Seal bag and refrigerate over night. 2. Grill over indirect heat, on low-med, for 25 to 40 minutes or until meat therm reads 160. 3. Slice & serve. |
