Grilled Chicken With Parsley Sauce |

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup fresh parsley |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium. Rub the chicken with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, all of the paprika, coriander and sugar. 2. Grill the chicken 8 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through. 3. Meanwhile, in a food processor, puree the parsley, broth, lemon juice, oil and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. 4. Spoon the sauce over the chicken. |
