Grilled Chicken With Herbs |

A easy to prepare summer chicken recipe on the grill. Times do not refect marinating time. Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon ground sage |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2 chicken breasts, halved and skinned |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine garlic, oil, pepper, sage, and lemon juice. 2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. 3. Arrange chicken in a medium size shallow baking dish. 4. Pour oil mixture over chicken. 5. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. 6. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. 7. Place chicken on a hot grill, 3 to 4-inches from coals. 8. Cook 30 to 40 minutes intil tender, turning and brushing with marinade. 9. Serve immediately. |
