Very tasty grilled chicken, brown rice, and steamed vegetables
Ingredients:
1.72 lb grilled chicken
6 oz steamed carrots
6 oz steamed broccoli
8 oz steamed carrots
1/4 oz basil
1/4 oz oregano
0.12 oz pepper
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cups brown rice
Directions:
1. rinse and steam rice
2. clean and steam vegetables
3. prepare chicken: rub with olive oil. sprinkle with spices. grill until chicken is cooked.
4. cut chicken into slices
5. serve with rice and vegatables
