Very tasty grilled chicken, brown rice, and steamed vegetables Ingredients:
1.72 lb grilled chicken |
6 oz steamed carrots |
6 oz steamed broccoli |
8 oz steamed carrots |
1/4 oz basil |
1/4 oz oregano |
0.12 oz pepper |
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
3 cups brown rice |
Directions:
1. rinse and steam rice 2. clean and steam vegetables 3. prepare chicken: rub with olive oil. sprinkle with spices. grill until chicken is cooked. 4. cut chicken into slices 5. serve with rice and vegatables |
