Grilled Chicken With Black Bean & Mango Relish

This is sort of a copy cat Weight Watchers recipe that I tweaked slightly. It is light, healthy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup cilantro, freshly chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup mango, fresh cubed
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 1/4 lbs chicken tenderloins, 5 oz servings
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt
pepper
cooking spray
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, some salt and pepper, and oil. Remove 1/2 cup and place in a resealable bag. Add chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours.
2. Make relish by combining beans, onions, cilantro, and mangoes, in a bowl with the remaining orange juice mixture.
3. Grill marinated chicken on the grill or grill pan until it reaches its desired doneness. Use cooking spray, not oil, to coat the grill/pan.
4. Serve chicken with the salsa and enjoy.
5. This recipe is healthy and full of flavor. If you are counting points, it is 4 servings at 5 points each.
