Grilled Chicken Waldorf Salad

This is an incredible chicken salad recipe. I love it. Fantastic. Hope you do too.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
butter lettuce leaves
2 green apples cored and sliced
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup toasted pecans
Directions:
1. In small bowl mix sour cream, parsley, lime juice, sugar and salt.
2. Blend thoroughly then set aside.
3. Grill chicken about 8 minutes until juices run clear turning once then keep warm.
4. Line 4 dinner plates with lettuce leaves.
5. Cut each breast into 1/2-inch slices.
6. Arrange chicken, apples and celery on lettuce dividing equally.
7. Drizzle with sour cream dressing and sprinkle with onions and pecans.
