Grilled Chicken Thighs Satay |

These are very moist and flavorful. Ingredients:
12 boneless skinless chicken thighs |
2 tablespoons garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 green onions, minced |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
1/4 cup hoisin sauce |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and marinate chicken thighs at least overnight. 2. Grill until done. |
