A quick and easy pasta salad that you can make fast when you don't feel like cooking as a main dish. Ingredients:
2 grilled chicken breasts |
1 bag no yolks wide noodles |
1 container grape tomatoes (organic are best) |
1 bunch basil |
red wine vinegar |
olive oil |
oregano |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. boil pasta 2. while pasta is cooking use seperate bowl and add 3. tomatoes (sliced each tomato in 1/2) 4. chopped basil 5. 3 T white wine vinegar 6. 1 T olive oil 7. oregano to taste 8. diced chicken 9. mix all together and add hot pasta after draining 10. mi and serve topped with parmesan |
