Grilled chicken garnished with grilled pineapple, mashed potatos, and green beans. Ingredients:
16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast |
1 1/2 tbsp ground pepper |
3 tsp salt |
3 cup green beans, canned |
20 oz pineapple rings |
6 oz pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Flatten chicken with mallot and season with pepper. Grill until cooked; baste with pineapple juice during cooking. 2. Peel potatos, cut into 1 inch pieces, and boil until they fall off a fork when pierced. 3. Add milk and butter to potatos and smash until they are at a smooth consistancy. 4. Cook greenbeans with pepper, salt, and butter until warm. |
